Hope to see a lott of german 80-90 fan's!
Is a good idea as, what is planned on the day everything?
It's our first meet and greet. Show and talk about the cars... Coffee and cake inside the shop, we can visit the workplace and see some Sport-quattro (replica's!). They have big hall with spareparts (all models)! That kind of stuff. There is an McDonalds in the neighbourhood for the hungry-ones!
Yes, Bambus (LY1Z) is the one! I hated the colour.... Now i love it!
In Holland/Belgium we got a small site and we organise a meeting this year in which we want to make it a bit 'international'!! So feel free and be more then welcom to show up if you all got the time!

Danke alle!
Yes the car is totally repainted. I also didn't like the colour, but after several years i got used to it.. This was my chance to change it, still choose the original colour. I had to do the whole car because she also had age problems in her basecoat laquer (it cracked under the vernis)
The coupe has got a new paintjob now and now i'm busy in getting every part at the right place. Looks a bit better now. Not finisched but we are getting there!
If you don't mind, I'll stick to this topic. I don't have found my way here yet. So this one is easy to maintane for me.(and I said I was lazy ).
This week I mounted A V6/Competition bumper and a spoilerlip. And I found a set of rare 4/108 Azev A wheels in 17 Inch. Not easy to find in Holland.
Made me a happy guy!
Reading is no problem and if i would live for two months in Germany i'll probably will speak german as well. I'm just a lazy dutch guy!
Anyway thanx! And i'll keep you all posted en will visit here more often.
But not without some strugle with metal!
hello from me too.
what happend with the coupe?
seems like sliding from the road?
Sorry, i didnt answer earlier! I made a mistake and turned to the left without watching correctly. A Toyota Rav4 smashed it to it.
But... There's good news!
The Coupé is straight again. Wasn't easy but this week the car can go home... The next fase is a total re-spray and rebuilding it.
Hi Audi 80 fans,
I was searching some info and bounched on this great '80' site!
I/m Frank from holland. Sorry, my german is not that great. I drive Audi since 14 years now. I still have my first one. That's an 1988 Audi 80 1.8S Typ89. My second 80 is an typ81 and I restaured that one in about a year of 5. It's an 1985 80 1.6CC. Finished it last year and drives great
Now my third audi is an typ89 Coupé, unfortunatly I wrecked that one last month. That's why I now drive in my Audi nr. 4. That's one of the first typ89 audi 80 that came to holland (in sept. 1986).
Hopefully I can repare the Coupé.... (she deserves it, and i/m hopeless in giving up cars! )
